Questions
A few things worth knowing.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your account moves to estdoc Free. Your documents stay exactly where they are, you can still send three requests a month, and you will see the occasional ad. Pick a paid plan whenever it starts getting in your way.
- How do I pay?
- By QR Ph — scan with GCash, Maya or any bank app. Because QR Ph is a push payment, nothing can be charged automatically: we email you before your period ends and you scan a fresh code. estdoc never sees or stores your card or account details.
- What counts as a signature request?
- One document sent for signature, however many people sign it. A draft you never send does not count, and the counter resets at the start of each month.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, either way, at any time. Moving down keeps everything you have already stored; the new limits apply to what you do next.
- Do signers need an account?
- No. They get a secure link, confirm their email with a one-time code, and sign. Only your own team needs logins, and those count towards your user limit.
